Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and accept the risks and hazards associated with participating in the Kiteboarding Cruise program. This includes, but is not limited to, kiteboarding, wing foiling, sailing, motorboat and dinghy driving, snorkeling, diving, scuba-diving, jumping, boat and cliff jumping, hiking, running, climbing, paddling, swimming, wake-boarding, skydiving, and other related land and water activities not explicitly mentioned in this document. I understand that these activities carry a risk of physical injury or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activities.

Health and Insurance Declaration

I hereby affirm that I am in good health and possess the physical capability to engage in high-risk sports activities that are mentioned above under Liability Waiver. I recognize the importance of having suitable medical insurance that covers these activities.

Yacht Responsibility

I declare that I will not act in any manner that could damage the catamaran and any of its parts above or under water. I also declare that I will not act in any manner that could damage other boats in the proximity. Should any damage be inflicted on the catamaran or any oder boats and yachts or its parts for which I am found responsible, I hereby agree to cover the repair costs or the costs of replacing items or equipment lost or completely damaged.

Photographic Release

I hereby grant all rights for photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by Kiteboarding Cruise representatives in connection with Kiteboarding Cruise activities on-board and off-board.

Please be aware that our boats are equipped with numerous systems and components. Additionally tender (rescue boat) comes with outboard motor Despite our best efforts and consistent maintenance, malfunctions can arise at any time. While we strive to ensure all systems operate optimally, we cannot guarantee there will be no unexpected issues or interruptions during your cruise. Should any unexpected issues arise, we will work diligently to address them as swiftly as possible to maintain the quality of the cruise and the planned itinerary. However, we regret that we cannot offer compensation for these unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
